Head Office Team

GEMMA LESTER

GROUP QUALITY DIRECTOR

I have worked in childcare for just over 16 years. I started as a Nursery Nurse and worked my way up to Senior Management, working with a group of nurseries primarily in London and the surrounding areas. My biggest strength is that I am a people person, I love to spend time with families and colleagues to create a collaborative way of working which encourages honesty and transparency. My role within Inspire focuses on driving quality and listening to and engaging our people. This alongside leading and working closely with the headteachers and teams at each nursery on my weekly visits

HIRAL BHARADWA

OPERATIONAL LEAD

I have worked in childcare for over 12 years and thoroughly believe in teaching through the Montessori method that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play to fulfil the Early Years Foundation Stage learning intentions. I believe every child is gifted, it is up to us as teachers to facilitate their learning and unwrap the best of them. Even though my role means I am not with the children on a day to day basis; I enjoy meeting the children when I am visiting the nurseries and facilitating teaching and learning to the highest capacity.

PRIYA PATEL

HEADTEACHER- WEMBLEY PARK

I believe children are our greatest ambassadors. They are curious, articulate and full of awe and wonder. I believe the Montessori Curriculum allows children to have the confidence to fulfil their dreams and ambitions as they are surrounded by a learning experience enabling them to learn at their own pace with an environment designed to nurture and encourage their independence and self confidence. I strongly believe that our culture and ethos allows the child to develop a thirst to reach their fullest potential at all times. To love and care for the children, is the reason we do what we do!

POONAM TAILOR

DEPUTY HEADTEACHER- WEMBLEY PARK

As a Deputy Headteacher my prime focus is ensuring that the Learning and Development of our children are kept at a high standard. I strongly believe in the Montontessori ethos, where the nurturing and enabling environment allows children to grow academically and help each child to reach its full potential in all areas of life. As educators we set ourselves to provide children an environment which is carefully prepared to meet the children's particular developmental needs throughout birth to 5 years. This is done by careful observations to connect them with the environment which they are in.

PURVA VIG

My passion about childcare started over 18 years ago and with each passing year it has grown stronger and deeper. I am highly inspired by Maria Montessori words, "The greatest gift we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence". I strongly believe that children are strong, capable citizens who are full of wonder and curiosity to learn. Our aim is to provide a healthy and positive environment that encourages the holistic environment of the children. At Rayners Lane, we help your child develop independence, a sense of empathy and social justice, and a lifelong love of learning.
