Our Team

We know that in order to provide outstanding care, education and development for your child, our teachers and support staff are the most important factor.

Teachers & Support Staff

We pride ourselves on our staff’s passion and commitment to working with children and their diligence in ensuring they distinguish themselves as the very best people to care for your child.

We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously, and all staff members have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring service (DBS) check before commencing work with us. Our recruitment policies ensure a thorough and rigorous vetting process to verify employment and residential history, and also include the authentication of all professional qualifications and certificates.

Head Office Team

GEMMA LESTER

GROUP QUALITY DIRECTOR

I have worked in childcare since 2005. I started as a Nursery Nurse and worked my way up to Senior Management, working with a group of nurseries primarily in London and the surrounding areas. My biggest strength is that I am a people person, I love to spend time with families and colleagues to create a collaborative way of working which encourages honesty and transparency. My role within Inspire focuses on driving quality and listening to and engaging our people. This, alongside leading and working closely with the headteachers and teams at each nursery on my weekly visits

HIRAL BHARADWA

OPERATIONAL LEAD

I have worked in childcare since 2008 and passionately believe in teaching through the Montessori method, which is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. I believe every child is gifted, and it is up to us as teachers to facilitate their learning and unwrap the best of them. Even though my role means I am not with the children on a day to day basis, I still thoroughly enjoy meeting the children and facilitating teaching and learning to the highest level.

PRIYA PATEL

HEADTEACHER- WEMBLEY PARK

I believe children are our greatest ambassadors. They are curious, articulate and full of awe and wonder. I truly believe the Montessori Curriculum allows children to have the confidence to fulfil their dreams and ambitions. This is because they are surrounded by a learning experience which enables them to learn at their own pace in an environment designed to nurture and encourage their independence and self-confidence. I strongly believe that our culture and ethos allows the child to develop a thirst to reach their fullest potential at all times. To love and care for the children, is the reason we do what we do!

POONAM TAILOR

DEPUTY HEADTEACHER - WEMBLEY PARK

As a Deputy Headteacher my prime focus is ensuring that the learning and development of our children is kept at a high standard. I strongly believe in the Montessori ethos, where the nurturing and enabling environment allows children to grow academically and helps each child to reach their full potential in all areas of life. As educators, we challenge ourselves to provide children with an environment that is carefully prepared to meet their particular developmental needs from birth to 5 years. This is achieved through careful observations of children to connect them with the environment which they are in.

PURVA VIG

HEADTEACHER - RAYNERS LANE

My passion for childcare started in 2002, and with each passing year it has grown stronger and deeper. I am hugely inspired by Maria Montessori’s words, "The greatest gift we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence". I strongly believe that children are strong, capable citizens who are full of wonder and curiosity to learn. At nursery, our aim is to provide a healthy and positive environment that encourages the holistic development of each child. At Rayners Lane, we help your child develop independence, a sense of empathy and social justice, and a lifelong love of learning.
